We accept no returns unless the seal or bottle was damaged in the transport of your order. You must also provide pictures for us to issue a refund or send you another bottle. If you want to cancel your subscription please reach out to us 2 weeks before your next re-order date otherwise you will get charged automatically and we will not offer you the refund for that order. If a shipment gets lost please email us with your order number and we will reach out to our shipping partner to investigate. If the package does not get found or delivered after 2 WEEKS from the estimated delivery date we will refund you. For all inquires please email email@example.com.
