We accept no returns unless the seal or bottle was damaged in the transport of your order. You must also provide pictures for us to issue a refund or send you another bottle. If you want to cancel your subscription please reach out to us 2 weeks before your next re-order date otherwise you will get charged automatically and we will not offer you the refund for that order. If a shipment gets lost please email us with your order number and we will reach out to our shipping partner to investigate.
